Shipping & Returns







Due to COVID-19, Pretty Nee Collection does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If there is something wrong with your order or a mistake on my part be sure to contact me immediately via email so I can address the situation.

Shipping as of (2/1/2022):

All products are processed within 3-5 business days EXCLUDING weekends and Holidays. All weekend orders will be processed in the order they were received. Please be patient and double check your shipping address & email information so you can receive your tracking number. 

Unfortunately, I have no control over delays, "in transit, arriving late" means it's delayed. If your order so happens to get damaged in transit please send us an email along with a picture of the damaged product and we'll work out a replacement. However, if your package is lost, you‘d have to file a claim with USPS.
